Fluffy Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon, drained (set aside 2 Tbsp. juice)
    1/3 c. onion
    1 egg
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Add to salmon juice 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder.
    Mix into rest of ingredients and form into small patties.
    Fry in hot Crisco for about 5 minutes until brown.
    Serve with tartar sauce or Caesar dressing.
