Chicken-N-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boiled for broth and chopped
    2 c. Minute rice, cooked
    1 c. broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small onion (may be omitted)
Preparation
    Layer pan with rice; top with chopped chicken.
    Mix soup, broth and onion.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until piping hot.
