Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. coffee liqueur
1 Tbsp. orange juice
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. heavy cream
additional whip cream (for garnish)
Preparation

Melt chocolate, liqueur and orange juice over very low heat and set aside.
In a blender, combine whole eggs, egg yolks, vanilla and sugar and blend for 2 minutes.
Add cream and blend for another minute.
Add chocolate mixture and blend until smooth. Pour into individual serving dishes.
Top with whipped cream. Serves 4 to 6.
