Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt together; set aside.
    Beat eggs and skim milk; add to flour.
    Beat until smooth and creamy.
    Pour into heated greased muffin tins, filling half full or less.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Do NOT open oven for first 30 minutes.
