Hot Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (8-oz) cream cheese
    1 cup milk
    1 (4-oz) can mushrooms (drained)
    1 2 1/2 oz pkg. Buddig Smoked Sliced Beef (chipped)
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp chopped parsley
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Add cream cheese and milk; sti over low heat until cream cheese in melted.
    Stir in remaining ingredients; heat thoroughly.
    Serve hot.
