Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. soft oleo
1 egg, beaten
1 c. mashed banana
1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease your loaf pan.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
Beat the oleo, egg and sugar until smooth.
Add the bananas and milk; mix well.
Add the flour mixture, beating just until smooth.
Stir in the nuts.
Pour into the pan and bake for 1 hour or until a cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove.
