Squash Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. squash
    2 c. onions
    1 c. sweet pepper
    1 Tbsp. pickling salt
    3 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients together and let set for 1 hour, then drain well.
    Combine all together; bring to a boil and put in jars.
    Cold pack for 15 minutes.
