Yum Yum Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. crushed and drained pineapple
1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 c. grated American cheese
1/2 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients. Chill until consistency of thick syrup. Fold in cheese and Cool Whip.
Pour in mold and chill thoroughly.
May be served on lettuce leaf with or without dressing.
