Apple Walnut Cake - cooking recipe

4 c. chopped, peeled apples
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine apples and sugar and set aside. In a large bowl, beat eggs slightly.
Add oil and vanilla.
Beat 1 minute at medium speed.
Add combined dry ingredients alternately with apple mixture.
Stir in walnuts.
Pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
When cool top with Lemon Glaze.
