Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and shape into small meatballs.
    Place in a casserole and pour sauce mix over meatballs.
    Cover casserole and bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    After 40 minutes, reduce heat and let simmer another hour.
    (The longer they simmer, the better they are.)
