Zucchini-Carrot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 medium zucchini, sliced 1/2-inch
    3/4 to 1 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. onion
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook zucchini; drain.
    Cook onions and carrots in 4 tablespoons butter.
    Remove from heat.
    Add 1 1/2 cups croutons, soup and sour cream.
    Gently stir in zucchini; put into casserole dish.
    Top with remaining 2 tablespoons butter and 1 cup croutons. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
