Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup finely cut bell pepper
    1/4 cup hot pepper, cut fine
    6 1/2 cups sugar
    1 bottle Certo
    1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
Preparation
    Grind and drain pepper.
    Mix sugar, peppers and vinegar.
    Let boil for 2 minutes.
    Take from heat.
    Cool for 10 minutes.
    Add Certo and let stand 10 minutes.
    Skim and pour into sterilized jars and seal.
    You may use green food coloring.
