Texas Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. instant rice
    1 medium green pepper, seeded and chopped fine
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 (6 oz.) can V-8 juice
    1/2 c. tomato paste
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Put margarine in a heavy pan.
    Pan fry onion and pepper until onion is slightly browned.
    Add remainder of ingredients.
    Cook for 15 minutes.
