Stir-Fry Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. Hillshire Farm sausage, sliced
    4 c. broccoli
    4 c. rice
    1/2 c. cashew nuts
Preparation
    Brown sausage in a skillet.
    Remove and drain.
    In same pan, cook vegetables until tender.
    Add sausage and cashew nuts.
    Cook 2 minutes until warm.
    Serve over cooked rice.
    Serves 6.
