Easy Garden Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped broccoli or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli (uncooked)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes; drain.
    Mix chopped broccoli, onion, pepper and cheese together; place into greased deep dish pie plate.
    Beat remaining ingredients until smooth for 1 minute; pour into pie plate.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
