Italian Crescent Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    1 c. thinly sliced onion
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 c. parsley
    1 pkg. crescent dinner rolls
    mustard
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Saute zucchini and onion in butter until tender (about 10 minutes).
    Add spices and mix well.
    Mix eggs and cheese in separate bowl.
    Butter a large pie pan or quiche dish. Arrange crescent rolls to make a crust.
    Spread a thin layer of mustard on crust.
    Mix vegetables with eggs and cheese and pour onto crust.
    Makes a large pie.
    Bake about 20 to 25 minutes.
