*Bessie Williams' Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream-style corn
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. melted shortening
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. sugar (or more)
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, using white or yellow corn, as you desire.
    Place in casserole and put in oven in a pan of water. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 4.
