Hal'S Soleful Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches turnips
    2 bunches collards
    2 bunches mustard greens
    1 ham hock
    dash of salt
    hot sauce to taste
Preparation
    Cover ham hock with water.
    Boil on medium heat until tender. Pick and wash greens under running water.
    Add greens to ham hock pot.
    Cook on medium heat until vegetable are tender.
    Serve with hot sauce or chow chow.
