Prize Winning Key-Lime Cake Or "Lime-Light Cake" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2/3 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime flavored gelatin (dry)
    5 eggs
    1 1/3 c. cooking oil
    3/4 c. fresh orange juice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1/3 c. fresh Key lime juice
    1/3 c. powdered sugar
    whipped cream (garnish)
    lime slices (garnish)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place dry ingredients (first 6) into mixing bowl.
    Add eggs, oil, orange juice, vanilla and lemon extract.
    Beat until well blended.
    Pour batter into a 9 x 13- x 2-inch greased and floured pan.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until tests done.
