Custard Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. scalded milk, cooled slightly
    1 qt. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add milk gradually.
    Add vanilla. Measure bread cubes and put into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Pour egg-milk over bread cubes.
    Sprinkle cinnamon over top.
    Bake in slow oven (350\u00b0) for 50 or 55 minutes.
