Luncheon Salad Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can small English peas
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped or diced celery
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or more
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Chill and serve on tomatoes and lettuce.
