Ingredients

1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
1 tsp. grated orange peel
2 c. (1 pt.) whipping cream, whipped
1 (10-inch) angel food cake, cut in bite-size pieces
2 pt. strawberries, hulled and sliced
Preparation

In a large mixer bowl, place instant pudding, sour cream, milk and orange peel.
Beat at low speed until thick and well blended (1 to 2 minutes).
By hand, fold in whipped cream.
