Cheese-Sausage Balls(Club Member: Keisha Hudson) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, cubed
    1 lb. hot sausage
    2 1/2 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Place cheese in top of double boiler. Melt over hot water. Place sausage, Bisquick and melted cheese in large mixing bowl; mix well. Shape into small balls. Place on cookie sheet. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes. May be frozen before baking.
