Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 3/4 oz.) can cream style corn
2 eggs
1/2 c. crushed saltines (about 15 crackers)
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. shredded carrots
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped celery
1 tsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation

In a bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients and mix well. Transfer to a greased 1 qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Serves 4.
