Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    1/2 medium onion, minced
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and drained well
Preparation
    Add salt, eggs, milk and melted butter to Bisquick; stir.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Put in lightly greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    When cool, blot with paper towel.
    Serves 12.
    (Can be frozen after baking.)
