Green Chile Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 eggs
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Lawry's seasoning
    10 drops Tabasco sauce
    1/2 c. flour
    1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
    2 small cans diced green chilies (4 oz. cans)
    1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Butter 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Blend together first 7 ingredients.
    Mix in blender; pour into bowl and add cheese, chilies and butter.
    Stir well.
    Pour into dish.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 25 to 35 minutes.
    Will keep in refrigerator 3 to 4 days.
