Italian Meat Balls(Makes 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 lb. lean mild sausage
    4 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/3 c. grated cheese
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 leaf parsley minced with 1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Mix all together until well mixed and formed into 1 inch balls. Drop into simmering tomato sauce. Simmer gently for up to 1 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
