Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 1/2 c. pumpkin
    1 2/3 c. undiluted Carnation evaporated milk (large can)
    2 eggs
    9-inch single crust unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine ingredients until smooth.
    Place in unbaked pie shell. Bake in hot oven at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Lower temperature to moderate (350\u00b0). Continue baking about 35 minutes or until custard is firm.
