Mexican Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
4 c. finely cut cabbage
garlic, salt and pepper to taste
1 can tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation

Fry hamburger meat and drain.
Add onion and seasoning and stir for a few minutes.
Add tomatoes and let boil.
Add cabbage and let simmer until cabbage is tender, about 30 minutes.
Do not stir after cabbage has been added.
