Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. spareribs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. celery salt
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 medium onion, cut fine
    1 c. catsup
    1 c. water
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 Tbsp. ground mustard
Preparation
    Roll spareribs in flour and brown in butter.
    Remove to baking pan.
    Melt butter and brown onions.
    Add rest of ingredients and, while hot, pour over ribs.
    Line pan with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours.
