Light Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. flour
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Melt butter.
    Let cool.
    Add other ingredients to flour.
    Mix well and knead until dough is soft.
    Place in a greased bowl.
    Cover and let rise until it's double in size (about 2 hours).
    Punch down and rise for 15 minutes.
