Yeast Bread Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/3 tsp. salt
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. shortening
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Cut in shortening.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add to buttermilk; stir well.
    Add to flour mixture; mix until blended.
    Knead for 1 minute or until smooth. Roll in 1/2-inch thickness.
    Cut and place on ungreased pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    This dough may be stored in bulk for 3 or 4 days in the refrigerator.
    It is also good for cinnamon rolls. Makes 20 to 25 servings.
