Roast Turkey Legs (Wings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 turkey legs (wings)
    4 Tbsp. butter or oil
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 c. white wine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Rub turkey legs (wings) with butter or oil, thyme, salt and pepper.
    Roast at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Baste twice with mixture of butter and wine.
    Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0.
    Cover pan with foil and continue roasting for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until turkey is tender.
    During the last 20 minutes, uncover pan, so the turkey will get brown and crisp.
