Golden Harvest Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut
2 c. chopped apples
3 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Grease and flour a tube pan.
Cream sugar and oil; add eggs one at a time.
Add dry ingredients gradually until mixed.
Stir in apples, nuts and coconut with a spoon.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
