Bran Muffin Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) pkg. Bran Buds
5 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
5 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
4 beaten eggs
1 c. oil
1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together.
Beat wet ingredients together well, then add to dry ingredients and mix until well moistened. Mixture may be stored up to 6 weeks in refrigerator.
Bake in microwave for 2 minutes on High.
