Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sauerkraut
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. diced green peppers
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Mix kraut and sugar together; let stand 2 hours. Combine other ingredients with kraut mixture. Cover tightly and chill for 2 hours or longer. Will keep for several days in refrigerator.
