Corn Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can whole corn, drained
    1 can creamed corn
    1 stick oleo
    1 oz. sour cream
    1 egg
    1 small box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Scrub Idaho potatoes, one for each serving.
    Cut potatoes into quarters.
    Spread each potato with 1 teaspoon mayonnaise and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash seasoning.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
