Chicken Paprikash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. chicken pieces
1/4 c. flour
salt
pepper
paprika
2 tsp. shortening
1 medium sliced onion
2 cans mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
cooked noodles
Preparation

Roll chicken pieces in flour (mixed with salt, pepper and paprika).
Brown in shortening.
Remove chicken pieces.
Add 1 tablespoon paprika and onion.
Add mushroom soup to shortening in skillet.
Return chicken to skillet.
Cover and simmer one hour. Remove chicken and slowly stir in sour cream.
Serve over chicken and cooked noodles.
