Vietnamese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, sliced thin
    white vinegar
    sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 chicken, cooked and boned
    1 carrot
    1 head cabbage
    fresh mint leaves (optional)
Preparation
    Dressing:
    Mix vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper together.
    Add sliced onion and stir until onion is not hot.
    Taste the mixture often to make sure it is not too sweet or too sour.
