Black-Eyed Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat, browned
    1 large onion, cooked
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 cans Trappley black-eyed peas with jalapeno pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    1/4 tsp. Louisiana red hot
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
    1 can stewed tomatoes or 2 cans Ro-Tel, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour half of mixture in casserole dish, then put 1/2 of cheese on top.
    Pour remaining mixture on top; sprinkle rest of cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until real hot.
    The Ro-Tel with chilies can be chopped in blender.
