Low-Fat Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. nonfat \"butter\" granules
    6 medium baking potatoes, scrubbed and baked
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Mix \"butter\" granules according to package directions. Cut each potato in half. Scoop out the center, leaving about 1/4-inch of potato on the inside. Cut skins into quarters. Dab the liquid butter onto the white side of each piece. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper.
    Bake, skin side down, on a baking sheet 5 minutes more.
    Serve with fat-free sour cream and salsa.
