Cucumber And Yogurt Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cucumber
    1 (8 oz.) container plain low-fat yogurt
    garlic powder to taste
    dash of Worcestershire
    fresh dill to taste
Preparation
    Scrub cucumber to remove wax.
    Grate the unpeeled cucumber and drain very well until almost dry.
    (Drain yogurt in cheesecloth.) Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.
    Yield: 1 3/4 cups. One-half cup equals 45 calories, 1 tablespoon equals 5 calories.
