Sauteed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 lb. mushrooms (left whole if small), quartered or sliced
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Put butter and oil in a large skillet over high heat.
Butter will foam.
When foam subsides, butter is hot enough.
Add mushrooms (they should be dry).
Toss them and shake the pan or keep them moving with a spatula until lightly browned, about 4 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, seasoned salt and pepper.
Stir.
Serve with steak or mix with peas.
Makes 2 to 3 servings with steak or 4 servings with 1 package frozen peas.
