Lemon Cheese Bars - cooking recipe

1 yellow cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil
Preparation

Mix dry cake mix with 1 egg and 1/3 cup oil until it resembles crumbs. Reserve 1 cup of crumbly mixture. Spread remaining mixture in long pan, pressing down firmly. Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until lightly browned. Cool. Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake 15 minutes.
