Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    large fryer, cut up, or parts
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 cans water
Preparation
    Grease a large casserole dish.
    Sprinkle uncooked rice over bottom of dish.
    Place chicken pieces on top of rice.
    Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken.
    Mix mushroom soup with 2 cans of water and pour over.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and allow to brown the last 10 or 15 minutes.
