Scrambled Tofu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onions
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. oil
2 c. tofu
2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
1 Tbsp. chicken-style seasoning
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. brewer's yeast flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. turmeric
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Saute onions in water and oil in skillet.
Add tofu and mash down with fork until all scrambled.
Add remaining ingredients. Heat until flavors are blended.
Tasty hot or cold as a sandwich filler.
