Picante Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. tomatoes, peeled and chopped (I scald)
    4 big bell peppers, chopped fine
    6 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
    4 medium size onions, chopped fine (I used my food processor for peppers and onions)
    1 clove garlic (optional, I don't use)
    3 heaping Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. oregano (optional, I did not use)
    1/2 tsp. cumin powder
Preparation
    Let simmer until it cooks down and begins to thicken.
    Then I use cornstarch to finish thickening to a desired consistency.
