Marge Means Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. dry yeast
4 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. oil
2/3 c. honey or brown sugar
about 8 c. flour (1/2 whole wheat, 1/2 white)
Preparation

Put all ingredients in mixing bowl and gradually add flour until dough pulls away from sides.
Mix with dough hook about 10 minutes.
Let dough \"rest\" in bowl about 20 minutes.
Grease pans and hands and divide dough in equal portions.
Shape into smooth loaves and let rise in pans until double in size.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes, until brown.
Brush top with butter.
