On The Double Dinner Rolls(Yields 24 Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. lite salt
    2 Egg Beaters (1/2 c.)
    1/4 c. liquid Butter Buds
    5 c. bread flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large bowl.
    Add sugar, salt, Egg Beaters, Butter Buds and 1 cup of the flour; beat until smooth.
    Stir in the rest of the flour; continue stirring until smooth.
    Cover; let rise in a warm place until it doubles in size (about 30 to 40 minutes).
    Spoon batter into 24 muffin cups sprayed with a nonfat cooking spray. Fill each cup about half full.
    Let rise until dough reaches the top of muffin tins (about 20 to 30 minutes).
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
