Swiss Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen French-cut green beans
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. grated onion
Preparation
    Cook beans per directions and drain.
    Melt margarine, stir in flour and seasonings.
    Cook on low heat until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
    Fold in green beans and turn into buttered casserole dish.
    Sprinkle cheese over top and place under broiler for 5 minutes until cheese melts and puffs.
    Serves 6 to 7.
